need to address the university with an official letter, explaining what the lectures will be about etc...even if it is not business related we might get the aula, we would have to pay something, but that is exactly why we have our Next Generation account...and in any case it is not as expensive as a hotel room would be. I will write the email tomorrow! Have to call them one more time as well, do not have the email address. Also wrote Ueli an email. I will keep you up to date...once we have the facilities we can start planning and advertising!
